Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your first appointment so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form, or fill out the New Patient form below before you head into our clinic.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will get started by reviewing your dental and medical history and completing a dental exam. This will include a detailed examination of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and exam, your dentist will build a long-term dental treatment plan just for you. Your dentist will also answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

To schedule an appointment at Access Dental, please contact our office during our regular business hours.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment as soon as you know about the change of plans, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from our office. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.

Our front office team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan, and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments.
